For me, it’s Rediscovering the right side of my brain, which was neglected in a career of office work. I retired five years ago and thought I’d have finished my first novel by now – but it’s harder than I thought! But I’ll certainly persevere until I write ‘The End’.

I am approaching retirement within a matter of months and having raised two children, being happily married for over 37 years, whilst persueing a career in Accounting I am very much looking forward to retirement and exploring our country and the world by travel
Retirement is time to REAFFIRM the things I hold most precious, away from constraints of time and distance and pressures of daily chores. Time to say, "Thanks!" to family and friends who have added so much to me to make me what I have become.
