60 years of conforming with the expectations of life, I want to break loose, let rip, break a few rules, try anything thats different.Lots to do before I pass. Come on, what can you throw at me to try. Adventures, fun, extreme sports, scary, fast/high, give me heaps.
Retirement is about having time to: . share with a devoted spouse . get fit and lose weight . support children and grandchildren . pursue creative opportunities . discover new places .explore new technologies .enjoy financial independence and to reflect on the challenges of the future and to enjoy the freedom of choice.
We are thoroughly enjoying the overwhelming sense of freedom and autonomy that has come as a result of years of hard work and providential forethought. We now have "Time" for the most important people in our lives-our children.our parents, our extended family , our friends and ourselves.
